Return & Refund Policy

Sales of all goods are deemed final upon receipt of payment toward order or delivery of goods, whichever occurs first. Notwithstanding the foregoing, goods damaged in shipment and/or goods delivered in error may be returned for credit, provided that notification to Solace Creek via either telephone or e-mail, is made within five (5) business days of receipt of goods. In such instances, return shipment costs will be born by Solace Creek.
