  NO SHIPPING OR HANDLING will be charged on retail purchases made via this website.

All shipments will be made via UPS Ground or comparable service. Goods will be shipped within five (5) business days of order receipt, except in cases of out-of-stock or discontinued product. In such cases, e-mail notification from Solace Creek will be provided to customer regarding extended delivery timeframe.
